Day 3 SUCCESS

Today was probably my best day as far as eating, but I did not get out for exercise today. But that is OK, because my goal is only 5-6 days a week. How did you do?

  1. 5 days is good, there is such a thing as over training. Your body needs the rest to recharge... I'm ALWAYS hitting it harder after a day off working out. The hard part for me is eating right on the days i take off from the gym. in my mind I say i'm taking off... I "take off" from diet too..
